Custom printed labels, made to reorder.
Product labels printed to your size, shape, stock and finish: on HP Indigo digital for launch runs, and on flexo once the volumes grow. Every job is printed, finished, inspected and wound onto rolls in our own factory, then delivered across the UK.
Minimum order £120 + VAT. We aim to get back to you the same working day.
The right press for the run.
Tell us the product, the container and the quantity. We pick the stock, the press and the finish to suit, and you see every line of it on an itemised quote.
Short runs and new designs go on our HP Indigo 6K, a seven-colour digital press that needs no plates. Most runs under 5,000 labels are printed there. Film labels that need a dense white underneath, for clear bottles or dark containers, run on our Screen Truepress UV inkjet.
When a label settles into steady volumes, usually 5,000 and up, we can move it to UV flexo on our Edale FL3 or Nilpeter FB-14 for a lower cost per label. We print it to the same spec as the digital run you already approved, so the reorder looks like the launch.
Every job then goes through finishing and inspection on our own lines. We slit and wind it to the core size and wind direction your applicator needs, and pack it for delivery anywhere in the UK.
Stocks, shapes and finishes.
The options buyers ask about most. We run plenty that aren’t listed here, so if you’ve seen a label you like, ask us.
Paper, film and metallised
Coated and uncoated papers, recycled and natural-fibre stocks, white, clear and metallised PP, and PE for squeeze bottles. Holographic and BS5609 marine-grade stocks for specialist jobs.
Any shape you can draw
Rectangles, circles and ovals, or a custom outline cut by laser straight from your artwork. See die-cut labels.
Metallics, spot UV, tactile
Gold, silver and holographic metallics, gloss spot UV, raised tactile varnish, and soft-touch or gloss laminates. See metallic labels and spot UV labels.
Codes on every label
Batch codes, barcodes, serial numbers and unique promo codes, printed during the run on our digital presses or on our Domino K600i inkjet.
Wound to your applicator
Tell us the core size, roll diameter and wind direction your labelling machine needs, or that you apply by hand, and we wind every roll to suit.
Pre-flight and digital proof
We check every file for bleed, resolution and finish layers, then send a digital proof for you to sign off. Nothing goes to press until you’ve approved it.
Need a rapid turnaround?
Get in touch and tell us your date. Digital runs need no plates or cutting dies, so once you’ve signed off the proof there’s nothing to wait for before we print. We schedule our own presses, so we can check your date and give you a straight answer.
Our minimum order is £120 + VAT per job, because every job is set up as its own production run. Peel & reveal labels have a higher minimum, quoted per job.
Labels for brands that reorder.
Most of what we print is for product brands running the same labels again and again. Each sector page covers the stocks and finishes that suit it.
