The labels, stocks and finishes we run.

A dedicated breakdown of the labels, stocks and finishes we run for this sector — written for the people who actually place the orders.

From craft breweries in the Peak District to cold-pressed juice startups in East London, we print for UK food & drink brands that need labels which survive the fridge, the ice bucket and the barcode scanner — without compromising on shelf standout.

Expect BS5609 PP for anything chilled or condensation-prone, and HP Indigo inks suitable for indirect food contact across the board. Digital foil, spot UV and raised tactile textures all run at any volume on our digital kit; flexo kicks in when the run size makes it the right choice.

Whether you’re launching a single seasonal SKU or a 12-strong core range, we pair digital agility with flexo scale — so your timings fit your launch, not ours.

Pricing

Itemised quotes. No surprises.

Digital kit means no plate costs, foil-block fees or die charges on most jobs. Every quote is itemised, with price breaks that step down as quantities climb — and nothing on the invoice you didn't see on the quote.

Artwork

Checked before it prints.

Our studio pre-flights every file — bleed, dieline, barcodes, foil and spot UV layers — and sends a digital proof for you to sign off before anything goes to press.

Questions answered

Frequently asked — food & drink.

Are your inks food-safe?
Our digital work runs on HP Indigo inks, which are suitable for indirect food contact. We can advise on the right stock and ink pairing for your application — but we don’t issue independent compliance certification ourselves.
Do you print on BS5609 stocks?
Yes. We stock BS5609-grade PP, ideal for chilled drinks, ice-bucket bottles and marine-grade applications. We can supply the stock manufacturer’s certification with the order.
What is your minimum order quantity?
There’s no minimum quantity, but every job carries a minimum order value of £120 + VAT — worth knowing if you only need a few hundred labels. Most of our food & drink work is production-scale: digital handles launch runs with no plate costs, and flexo takes over when the volume rewards it.
How fast can you turn a job around?
Express turnaround options are available on request. We aim to get quotes back to you the same working day.
Can you print booklet labels?
We print peel & reveal labels up to 4 pages — that’s our cap. We don’t run multi-page booklet labels beyond that.
